Shokhwala ("we", "us") sells toys and children's products in Bangladesh through our Facebook Page and Messenger. This page explains what information we collect when you interact with us — including through our Messenger chatbot — and how we use it.

Information we collect

When you message our Facebook Page or use our Messenger bot, we may collect:

• Your Facebook-assigned identifier for our Page's conversation with you (not your Facebook login or password).
• Your public Facebook profile name, so our team can address you correctly when following up on an order.
• The messages you send us, including any order details you choose to share — product, quantity, name, phone number, and delivery address.
• Which product pages, posts, or ads led you to message us (for example, tapping a product link).

How we use this information

• To answer your questions about our products and prices.
• To take and confirm orders, and to have our team contact you to verify and arrange delivery.
• To check new orders against our own records of past delivery issues, so we can flag orders that may need extra verification before dispatch.
• To improve our product catalogue and how our bot responds to customers.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising to you on other platforms. We do not share it with anyone outside Shokhwala, except services we rely on to run our business (such as our database and hosting providers), who only process it on our behalf.

How long we keep it

We keep conversation and order information for as long as we need it to fulfil orders, handle any follow-up, and keep basic business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time — see "Contact us" below.

Your choices

You can stop the conversation with our bot at any time by typing "cancel" or simply not replying. Blocking or unfollowing our Facebook Page stops us from messaging you. You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by messaging our Page.

Children's privacy

Our Messenger bot is meant to be used by adults placing orders (for example, a parent or guardian), not children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children through Messenger.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our service changes. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
