Message our Shokhwala Facebook Page directly and let us know you'd like your data deleted. Please message us from the same Facebook account you used to order or chat with us, so we can confirm the request is genuinely yours before acting on it.
We'll confirm your request and delete your conversation and order information from our systems, except where we're required to keep certain records (for example, completed order records needed for our own accounting or legal obligations) for a limited time. We'll let you know if any part of your request can't be completed immediately and why.
